Even though we have never had apiece of artwork returned, please know it is possible. You can try out any artwork for 30 days. In The Netherlands we will bring and eventually pick up any artwork bought in this period.
All artwork going to Europe, Asia or elsewhere, we have to rely on third party carriers to bring the artwork to you.
If your work was damaged during shipping, please fill this same form on the bottom of the page with photographs of the damage. Please do so within 48 hours of receiving your painting. Please let us know as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your artwork from Gallery Sorelle Sciarone, art work may be returned within 30 days. The artwork must be in original condition; we do not accept refunds for products showing any signs of wear or damage, while in your care. However, we can tell you the craziest stories in regards to shipment, no matter how much care was taken in packaging the artwork. If the artwork has arrived damaged, please take pictures of the art work and add them to the form here below before sending an item back. Make sure images are not blurry. So that we may know if damage occurred during transport or while in your care. If the artwork arrived damaged, you need to notify us within 48 hours of damages. We will offer a refund or have the damaged artwork restored and shipped backed to you at no cost to you, depending on the amount of damage.
Custom made or specially ordered pieces are created especially for, and based on, the exact requirements of each individual client and therefore may not be returned or exchanged. We give our artist free reign to create what they want to, so this does not apply to any of the art, unless it was specifically commissioned.
Your return package should include the item, along with any original packaging and documents that came with it. Go to your local post office or carrier, have the item fully insured for the purchase price. Ask for a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. Please allow up to seven business days upon our receipt of the returned item for this process to take place.
